RHA Board notes… Fee Increase Effective May 1, 2023

Riverwood Homeowners Association
March 17,2023

Dear Riverwood Homewoner,

As advised by the HOA flyer 16 February, due to the drastic effects of inflation and unexpected major repair, the Rivenwood Board of Directors has been forced to implement an increase to our monthly homeowner dues.

As was explained, our expenses now significantly exceed our income.

Therefore, beginning with the monthly payment due on the 1st of May, monthly homeowner dues will be $480.

We do not take lightly the impact of this increase on people’s lives, but it is our responsibility to do what must be done ibr the welfare and survival of our our little community.

Respectfully,

Elise Morgan, Board President
Amy Fylan, Board Vice President
Larry Dashiell Board Member
Carolyn Hardy, Board Member
James Eveland, Board Member
