What is Riverwood Homeowners Association?
Riverwood HOA is an association of property owners who participate to various degrees in the management of their residential community for security, maintenance, basic services, and general upkeep. Riverwood HOA serves 92 units arranged in 7 driveways. Units are individually owned and owners have opportunities participate in management of the association. Riverwood Homeowners Association is a non-profit organization, registered with the Oregon Secretary of State. Riverwood is not an apartment complex.
