Who are we?
The website for Riverwood Homeowners Association (RHA) is located online at https://RiverwoodPDX.org.
What’s on the Riverwood website?
The website provides resources both for Riverwood community residents and those interested in this community.
- PUBLIC ACCESS: Documents related to RHA’s non-profit status and required by the Oregon Secretary of State are available here for public inspection. These documents include RHA governing documents, CCRs (covenants, conditions and restrictions), and amendments, RHA governing policies, board meeting minutes, monthly financial reports, and annual budgets.
- LIMITED ACCESS: Additional information of interest primarily to residents requires Password Access. Resident information includes announcements, community roster of residents, roster of board members and committee chairs, calendar of events, newsletters, community resource links, committee action requests, other forms, and more.
Accuracy of information on the RHA website
While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the information in this website, the records maintained by the Association itself are the final authority. Residents are urged to contact their driveway representatives or RHA board members with questions regarding latest updates or changes to policies or procedures for the association. Contact: board@RiverwoodPDX.org
